Working in and with nature has always been my dream. Our Stollhof has been family-owned for over 200 years. In 2016, my dream came true, and I founded our organic farm. On our organically farmed lands from Algund to Partschins and Naturns, my family and I cultivate flavourful apple varieties such as Gala, Braeburn, Bonita, and many more. We compensate for the absence of synthetic chemical pesticides and fertilizers by encouraging biodiversity and beneficial insects in our orchards. I dedicate all my energy and passion to this endeavour. Being an organic farmer means constantly attuning and listening to nature. Humans and nature form a symbiotic relationship, complementing each other.

Together with my wife Elisabeth and our small family, I am now delighted to lead Stollhof into the next generation with our new holiday apartments, garden, and pool. From an organic farm to organic holidays.
